At Beauty Brats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products (skincare and cosmetics), we have established the following policy to ensure health, safety, and transparency for all our customers.
1. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Timeframe: We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, even if used only once.
2. Damages and Issues

3. Refunds

5. How to Initiate a Return
